Fishers, IN – Acquire Automation, Inc., a leading provider of specialized vision inspection solutions and automation equipment, will exhibit in booth E-7038 at Pack Expo International 2018 at McCormick Place in Chicago from October 14 through October 17. The booth will feature five of the company’s latest products from its Q Series: LabelQ for Inline Inspection of Oriented Product, LabelQ for Print and Reconciliation, TrackQ, CapQ, and WebQ.

Acquire’s expert team will be at the booth to provide attendees with exclusive access to LabelQ for Inline Inspection. The solution, which is launching at the show, inspects applied bottle labels for correctness, skew, code, presence, and more. Acquire’s new LabelQ for Print & Reconciliation will also be available for demonstrations in the booth. The system simplifies label, printing, inspection, and accountability by integrating three critical operations into one system.

Acquire’s latest software, TrackQ, will be on display as well. The software reduces risk of mix-up, automates data entry, and saves time in batch style manufacturing both within regulated assembly environments and general manufacturing. TrackQ automates and databases the assembly process by associating work order steps with the actual work being performed, alerting the operator at the point of entry if any mix-up is present and updating the customers ERP as to the location and status of the batch.

CapQ will also be launching at the show, giving attendees an exclusive look and demo into the new product. Acquire CapQ features 360 degree inspection of caps and tamper bands for filled rigid products in beverage and consumer good markets. The product uses Acquire’s newest inspection technology to ignore water on the product or marks on the neck band due to filling processes. The result – increased inspection performance with out the expense of false rejects typically found in trip wire or traditional vision.

Acquire’s North American Partner, One Box Vision, will be at the booth to demonstrate the new WebQ system. The WebQ system is a complete inline quality inspection solution designed for films, sheets, bags, or flexible media. The system delivers 100% inspection and detection of gels, carbons, holes, contamination and wrinkles in the media, while ignoring regions of the web not applicable for inspection.

Acquire’s Vice President, Brian Mack, says, “Our Q Series solutions will improve the quality of products while lowering risk and costs for our clients. We are looking forward to providing attendees with an exclusive look at these exciting products.”
